The Center for Heirs’ Property is a Lowcountry provides free legal support and financial education to assist individuals and families in preventing the loss of heirs’ property rights while preserving your family legacy. The organization’s Director of Communications Tom Keppeler explained how they do that and how and where the issue of heirs’ property rights tends to be a challenge. The organization has a fundraiser, the 15th Annual Danielle Hope Watson Commitment to Justice Award reception on September 17th to assist in raising needed funds for the non-profit. Nulani Bennett, their Director of Development, explained what would take place the night of the reception. And discussed ways people could reach out to the non-profit, either for assistance or the lend either their time and/or money.
