Annual Spina Bifida Walk-N-Roll Returns
Saturday, Sep. 12 | Central Creek Park, Goose Creek
Upcoming in September, the annual Spina Bifida Walk-N-Roll returns to Central Creek Park in Goose Creek, hosted by the Spina Bifida Association. The Walk-N-Roll event honors and supports people living with Spina Bifida and helps in the research to reverse life-altering birth defects and remains as the SBA’s largest annual fundraiser.
The Walk-N-Roll is a free, family-friendly, non-competitive event that consists of a one-mile walk (or roll, for wheelchair users) through Central Creek Park. The event also hosts games and activities for children as well as opportunities to learn about Spina Bifida and connect with other individuals and families affected by it. Registration for this year’s event is available online and is free for everyone, though donations and fundraisers help benefit the cause and help the Spina Bifida Association move closer to their goal.
