Annual Carolina Children’s Charity 5K Trail Run & Family Fun Walk
Saturday, September 26th | Palmetto Islands County Park

For 23 years, Carolina Children’s Charity has been hosting their annual Care Give Run 5K to raise funds for the work they’ve been doing to provide care to children with birth defects and childhood diseases since the 1980s. Step back into the 80’s at this year’s Care Give Run by arriving in style! Bring your wackiest neon clothes, windbreakers, scrunchies and leg warmers – and showcase your best 80’s perms – to earn awards for the best 80’s fashion!

This 5K Trail Run & Family Fun Walk isn’t just about wacky (and tacky) 80’s fashion, but about the support given by the community to continue funding the work of the Carolina Children’s Charity, making a difference in the lives of sick kids and their families for generations to come. The event features food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, mascot appearances and more. Proceeds from the event go to the Carolina Children’s Charity. Sign up today for the 5K or Family Fun Walk and enjoy a fun day on a scenic trail in your best 80’s get-up!

Registration is available now until 8:45 AM on 9/26. Register today by clicking here.
