SO SO SO GOOD! Made some yesterday and it is the perfect summer salad.

Watermelon add some feta, salt, sweet mint and a balsamic glaze. Stir it all together and serve.

Mix 95.9 is helping to welcome the Dave Matthews Band back to Credit One Stadium.

Just like last summer, the Dave Matthews Band will play two nights on Daniel Island.   Saturday, June 3, before the second night’s show, you’re invited to the Mix 95.9 concert pre-party at New Realm Brewing Co.

Saturday the concert fun starts at 4 PM. Stop by New Realm Brewing to enjoy cold beer, terrific food and Dave Matthews music. Then grab a photo in the Mix 95.9 photo booth. Mix 95.9’s Brooke Ryan will be there to host pre-concert festivities, and will have a final opportunity for you to win our last pair of Dave Matthews Band tickets!
