March 8: Felix, Roseanne House, Mike Tyson

Felix

Le Cave is opening soon! This place located next to Felix is going to be such a MUST SEE spot!

Roseanne House

Roseanne’s house from her hit sitcom . . . as well as the post-“Roseanne” continuation series “The Conners”. . . is on the market.

This house was only used for EXTERIOR shots.  On TV, the inside of the house is just a bunch of sets.

The real house is a lot nicer on the inside than the Conners keep it.  (You can see some comparison shots here.)

It has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.  And it’s not in “Lanford, Illinois”.  It’s at 619 Runnymeade Avenue in Evansville, Indiana.  They’re asking $225,000 for it.

Mike Tyson is getting back into the ring this summer, to fight  YouTuber Jake Paul.

The fight will take place July 20th at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, and it’ll air live on Netflix.

There’s no official word how much Tyson and Paul are making.

Tyson says, quote, “I’m very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul . . . He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it will be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a ‘kid’ can do with the experience and aptitude of a GOAT.”

Tyson will be 58 when he steps in the ring.  Jake Paul is 27.
