Recipe below.👇 – 1/2 oz blue curacao – add orange juice until the color is to your liking, around 3-4 oz – top with champagne/sparkling wine For a non-alcoholic version, I recommend food coloring instead of blue curacao and sparkling cider/grape juice instead of champagne! Garnish with a little candy rainbow, which I made by sliding some marshmallows and an airhead extreme onto a cocktail pick.
