July 16: Palm Noodles, Hollywood, & an Update

Palm Noodles

Hearts of Palm in noodle form! Low carb, low cal, and pretty damn delicious! I made up this delicious meal for around 400 calories and it was almost too much. I honestly could have had half of it and been full but it was so good I went all in. Click here for more.

Recipe

8 oz hearts of palm noodles

3 cloves of garlic ( I love garlic)

Half a tomato

1/4 onion diced

1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tablespoon of Olive Oil

Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, & Thyme (Didn’t have Italian seasoning)

Beyond Meat Sausage

Put Beyond Meat Sausage in Air Fryer with whole mushrooms for about 12-15 min. Drain noodles, rinse. In a skillet (spray with Pam) add onions and garlic. When they are translucent add tomatoes. When the tomatoes are cooked down a little add noodles, and spices and mix all together. Add the little bit of Olive Oil for flavor then top off with cheese, mushrooms, and sausage!

Hollywood

WHAT A GREAT SHOW! It’s been out for a while but I finally had the time to watch and it is SO GOOD! If you are looking for a quick binge, this is it!

UPDATE on my Press on Pedicure

As Berklee College of Music professor and forensic musicologist Joe Bennett notes, the February release is "a fair bit slower than the mean average for the Hot 100, or for a historical song of the summer."
