Jan 14: Oscar Nominations, Drawerstore, & Ear Candles

Oscar nominations are out

Joker lead the nominations with 11. 1917, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and The Irishman had 10. The show will be 2/9 on ABC…no host again this year. Click here for all your Oscar needs.

Drawerstore

I have oddly shaped drawers in the kitchen that are too small for the bigger flatware organizers and I didn’t feel like spending $50 for an expandable bamboo fancy one. I needed 2 for the amount of flatware I have but at $9 a pop it didn’t break the bank.

Ear Candle

I did ear candling years ago and thought it was the coolest thing ever. I love Dr. Pimple Popper type stuff so this was right up my alley. Just pop in your ear, light on fire, and let it do it’s magic. The box has instructions and will tell you to have a second person to help and water. Also, I am no medical professional so check with your doctor first if you have any concerns. I bought mine at Bed, Bath, & Beyond.
