A 20-year-old College of Charleston student earned a four-chair turn for her opening blind audition on NBC’s “The Voice” Monday night.

Florence native Grace-Miller Moody sang Maroon 5’s “Sunday Morning” for her performance and ended up choosing to be on frontman Adam Levine’s team for season 27.

Before performing, Moody explained that after her younger brother had recovered from a Leukemia battle, her family took a trip to see Maroon 5 perform live in Las Vegas. She said it was that trip that helped her family heal.
