Mardi Gras is coming early to Ruby Sunshine — and they’re celebrating in true New Orleans fashion with “Ruby Gras” happening Saturday, Feb. 14 through Tuesday, Feb. 17 at all locations.
All weekend long (while supplies last), guests can expect:
- Free Mardi Gras beads handed out to diners
- Free beignet bounce-back cards dropped with checks
- A festive Mardi Gras bead raffle (guess the number of beads in a jar for a chance to win a $100 Ruby Sunshine gift card)
- King Cake Mimosas (2/14–2/16) for $10.75 — a sparkling blend of bubbly, OJ and blueberry juice with a Mardi Gras sanding sugar rim
- And on Mardi Gras Day (2/17) only: the same drink becomes the $2 Mardi Gras Mimosa
