Click here for the recipe. I used beef broth instead of chicken broth this time just to mix it up. I also do one can of whole tomatoes (I cut them to the size I like them) and add the juice.
Knife Sharpener
We’ve had our knives for a while and I like them but they were definitely getting old. I was crying every time I cut onions. Yesterday I sharpened them with this little gem and while I was able to chop through the middle of a cabbage easily while making my Diet Soup and I didn’t cry at all and I chopped a whole onion!
