Feb 3: Go Red Day, Skoogies, & Wedding Advice

Go Red Day

February is American Heart Month and tomorrow is Go Red Day! Wear red and bring awareness to Heart Disease which is the #1 killer of Americans. The American Heart Association dropped off Wear Red Goodies and we will be representing our red tomorrow (National Wear Red Day). Join us in wearing red and also get signed up for the Lowcountry Heart Walk Feb 26th at lowcountryscheartwalk.org

They brought me a pashmina, some heart shaped sunglasses, some slap bracelets and my favorite item is red shoelaces – so I am ready to lace up and get walking for the Lowcountry Heart Walk that takes place this month February 26th

Skoogies

Yesterday was Mom’s birthday and I was looking for the perfectway to celebrate her. She’s from Chicago and LOVES Vienna Beef Hot Dogs so I took her to Skoogies. It was my first time too and OMG! Talk about delish. She was so happy and so was I! If you are looking for a Chicago Dog in the South…this is the place to go!

Met a guy from Chicago lives in Atlanta that comes up here and he said this is a stop every time he comes here for work.
