So easy to make and it was delicious. Dredge in egg and breadcrumbs with spices…I used the Truffle Shuffle Truffle Salt (if you don’t know, go to Whole Foods and buy some it is delicious! Throw in the airfryer for 15-18 min.

Rock Hall Nominees are Out
The 16 acts nominated for next year’s Rock Hall class include: Rage Against the Machine, the Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Tina Turner, Iron Maiden, New York Dolls, Devo, Carole King, and LL Cool J.
To be eligible, you had to have a single or album released in 1995 or earlier. The final class will be announced in May. Usually six or seven acts are inducted, and the ceremony will happen in Cleveland sometime this fall.
