December 1: Arun Drummond, Ice Skating, Eye Masks


Arun Drummond

He’s been painting since 2004 and his mixed media works have been featured on Food Network and in Conde Naste Traveler magazine.

Find him in the City Market (that’s where Mom met him) or check out his art exhibit at Brookgreen Gardens January 14th where he will give a talk about his work on that Saturday afternoon. The exhibit will be on display until March 31st.

“My grandmother Mrs Dorothy had 3 girls including my mother. They each had 1 boy and I grew up very close to my 2 cousins. The 3 boys are us!
3s are an important part of our family.”

Charleston Harbor Resort

“Ice Skating on the Point” is now open to guests of all ages throughout the holiday season. The rink will be open to hotel guests at The Beach Club and Harborside, as well as local residents.

The Winter Wonderland will be open Thursdays to Sundays, from 3 pm to 8 pm, November 24th through February 5th, 2023. The rink will cost $10 (resort guests) or $12 (locals) for 50 minutes of skating, including ice skate rental.
