NEXT Thursday, she’s launching her new brand “Dolly Beauty” . . . and the first release is a “Heaven’s Kiss” lipstick collection. There will be four shades . . . and they’re on sale for $20 each.
The package will even feature “sparkling rhinestones.” Dolly joked, quote, “I’ve always said I never leave a rhinestone unturned.”
She also teased it on Instagram, with the caption: “I feel glamorous on the inside, so I want to look like it on the outside . . . something is coming.”
