Ingredients:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
crushed red pepper flakes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 ½ cups anelli, or other short, tubular pasta
salt and freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Shaved Parmesan, for garnish
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the olive oil and garlic over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the rosemary and a pinch of red pepper flakes and cook until toasted and fragrant, about 1 minute more.
Stir in the tomato paste, then add 5 cups of water. Turn heat to high heat and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and season generously with salt. Cook, stirring often, until the pasta is cooked.
Stir in the Parmesan. Taste and add more salt and pepper as needed.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil and shaved parmesan, Enjoy!

We rescued a baby raccoon tonight and all i could think about was you lol.
So we gave him to a rehabber from keeper of the wild because we only have experience with dogs(we have 4) and squirrels lol(hubby has rescued several and one we kept for months
If you want a raccoon become a rehabber and you’ll have one if not several lol! Hubby is considering it now lol. Please put this as the top 3 things you’re loving tomorrow you might encourage others to do the same!
