April 15: Remember Names, TBT Magazine Launch Party, Coco’s Dressing

Remember Peoples Names

I was watching Dark Tourist (my new Netflix binge) and during the JFK episode the guy that talked way too much made a really profound statement. He said it was something his father told him…

The sweetest sound to anyone’s ears is the sound of their own name. I’m so bad at remembering names and this really made me stop and think about being better.

It’s so true. People love feeling important and that is a small thing we can do to make people feel that way.

Coco’s Salad Dressing

I’m not sure if they ever had Coco’s in the south but this was a go to for our family in California. Coco’s bakery. Their bread, the butter, and omg the Asian Chicken Salad. It wasn’t the salad that was so amazing it was the dressing. AND I FOUND A COPYCAT RECIPE.

SOUP & SALADS – Coco’s (cocosbakery.com)

The Recipe I used

Cocos Asian Sesame Dressing
