Metabolic Medical Center

When I’m stressed, I eat. I’ve been stressed. I was so nervous to go into Metabolic yesterday to weigh in, and went in knowing that I was probably going to be up not down. To my surprise, I lost a pound. It was only 1 pound in a month BUT even in my most stressed out time, I’ve learned the tools to eat but not over eat.

Also the Chicken Noodle Soup Protein pack is AMAZING! It’s my favorite. Eating it this morning
