Bidet a Day Giveaway Contest Rules


Contest Rules

Beginning at 6:00 am Friday, April 17, 2020 through 11:59 pm Sunday, May 17, 2020, Mix 95.9 FM listeners will have the chance to win a professionally installed bidet from Pink Plumbing Services.  Participants will need to text the word FLUSH to the number 77000 to be entered.  Text and data rates may apply. One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen at random from all eligible text entries.

The grand prize is being provided by Pink Plumbing and includes the bidet itself along with professional installation by Pink Plumbing.   Approximate retail value of entire prize package is $1,000.00 according to sponsor.   Installation process will not begin until after Covid 19 protocols have been relaxed in the state of South Carolina.

Grand prize winner must be the homeowner.  WMXZ & Pink Plumbing will not award the grand prize to anyone renting a home, apartment, or townhouse.  Additional winners will be chosen at random until an eligible winner can be contacted.  WMXZ will make three attempts to contact a grand prize winner.  If no connection is made additional grand prize winners will be chosen until a connection is made.

Players may enter as many times as they’d like to increase their chances of winning.  Any entry on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name or email address is disqualified and ineligible to win any prize. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 18 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Packages cannot be transferred if the winner is unable to attend. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included.   No purchase is necessary.

WMXZ contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WMXZ in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WMXZ, Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WMXZ main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
