Ariana Grande Last-Chance Tickets Contest Rules

On Tuesday, December 3, 2019 between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, Mix 95.9 listeners will be invited to listen for an Ariana Grande song to play in its entirety and be the 9th local caller at 843-375-0959 when the song finishes playing for a chance to win two tickets to the Ariana Grande concert that evening in Columbia, SC.  For the purpose of this contest an “Ariana Grande song” is defined as an Ariana Grande song featured on one of her albums and where she is considered to be the primary/main singer in the song.  Songs where she is a “featured” or “guest” singer will not trigger the contest.   A maximum of four winners will be awarded the concert tickets.   Only one qualifier/winner per household during the duration of this contest.

Approximate retail value of the two tickets $100.00.  Prizes provided promotionally by Live Nation.  Winners must pick up their tickets no later than 5:00 pm Eastern on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 or they will be forfeited.

The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 18 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Packages cannot be transferred if the winner is unable to attend. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included.   No purchase is necessary.  Participants can only win once for this contest.

WMXZ contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WMXZ in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WMXZ, Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WMXZ main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
