Contest Rules
Beginning Monday, July 22, 2019 through Monday, July 29, 2019, Mix 95.9 FM listeners will have the chance to win a concert trip for two (2) to Miami, Florida to see the Jonas Brothers concert on August 7, 2019. Trip includes two roundtrip airfare tickets, one night hotel accommodations, and two concert tickets. Winner and guest are responsible for all ground transportation and hotel incidentals which will require a major credit card upon check-in. Listeners will need to listen to 95.9 weekdays during contest period for the “Jonas Jet” sound effect at or around 7:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm. The 9th local caller at 843-375-0959 wins a qualifying prize of two Charleston County Water Park passes (value $15 each) and one digital download of the Jonas Brothers album (upon release and valued at approximately $12) in additional to being entered to win the grand prize concert trip.
Grand prize is Jonas Brothers concert trip for two to Miami, Florida on August 7, 2019. Approximate retail val ue $2,500.00 and is provided promotionally by Republic Records. A grand prize winner will be chosen at random from qualified participants on Tuesday July 30, 2019 and will be announced on 95.9 FM between 8:00 am and 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Grand prize winner will be notified no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, 2019. Three attempts will be made to connect with grand prize winner; if no connection is made an alternate winner will be chosen. Republic Records is responsible for travel arrangements and hotel booking.
The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 18 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Packages cannot be transferred if the winner is unable to attend. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included. No purchase is necessary. Participants can only qualify once for this contest.
WMXZ contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WMXZ in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
