Contest Rules
Beginning June 6 to June 20, log onto www.Mix959.com and register to win the Dream Living Room Giveaway from Orvin’s Furniture. Once registered, listen for your name on Mix 95.9 at 7am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm Monday through Friday beginning June 10 and ending June 21. The listener whose name was called has 10 minutes to call the studio at 843-375-0959 to win a Mix 95.9 re-usable grocery bag stuffed with a Mix 95.9 t-shirt and be a finalist for the Dream Living Room Giveaway. Prize value for grocery bag and t-shirt is $20 estimated retail price.
There will be a maximum of 40 finalists for the grand prize living room (or less depending on potential qualifier call-backs). One grand prize winner will be randomly chosen and announced from qualified entries on the Two Girls & A Guy Morning Show on Tuesday June 25th between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.
The Harleson Living Room set by Ashley is valued at approximately $7,500 based on current retail cost. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state-issued identification or a valid Military ID and are 18 years of age or older. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Packages cannot be transferred. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes. Winner is responsible for picking up the prize within 30 days from a storage location on Clements Ferry Road in Charleston, SC. All pick up fees and incidentals are not included. Delivery and all other charges which may be deemed fees and incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
One entry per person. Only one grand prize winner will be chosen. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void
WMXZ contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WMXZ in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Prize is to be picked by winner at designated warehouse on Clements Ferry Road in Charleston, SC within 30 days of winning. All pick-up costs are the responsibility of the winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WMXZ, Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WMXZ main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
