Contest Rules
Beginning March 12, 2019 through March 15, 2019, Listen to Mix 95.9 FM at 7:10am for the designated “secret ticket song” and a guaranteed one-hour time frame in which it will be played later in the day. When the song plays again in its entirety later in the day, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, the 9th local caller at 843-375-0959 will win 2 tickets to the Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds concert on Saturday April 20, 2019 at Volvo Car Stadium.
Total prize value is $100. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of South Carolina identification and are 18 years of age or older or valid Military ID. No purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for state and federal taxes.
WMXZ contests are open to all eligible South Carolina residents 18 or older have not won anything on WMXZ in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WMXZ, Charleston Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WMXZ main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
